Popularity: Unpopular, mainly because she talks a load of incomprehensible hippy twaddle 24/7. However, she is more popular among the boys as she is promiscuous (free love) and always has lots of illegal substances.

Background: Daughter of degenerate hippies, Rainbow has been completely indoctrinated into their radical subversive idealism. Pretends to be a Zen Buddhist although she really has no idea what that even means. In reality, is a dopey, stupid, zonked-out stoner who was sent to the Institute to get forcibly detoxed, as she has refused all other drug rehabilitation treatment. Rumour has it that the North American Federation medical science officials used her in part of a secret national drug experiment programme.
